and his son were sitting at his door. At that time, Reyaz @ Kallu, Emanul, Jhallu, Mallu, Zulfikar Khan, Kalim, Majim Khan and some unknown persons came there variously armed with lathi, danda and pushed the informant. They assaulted the

informant’s son by means of lathi and danda . Co-accused Kallu inflicted lathi blow on the head of the informant’s son on account of which he fell down on the ground. Thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted with lathi and danda . When the villagers gathered at the place of occurrence, the accused persons fled away. The injured was brought to the hospital, but he succumbed to the injuries.
