Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 478 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner himself was cheated by an agent. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
