this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 237 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
