ORAL ORDER
2 18-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection
with Mahua P.S. Case No. 102/2019 instituted under Sections 412 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner amongst other is of barging into the home of the informant and loot the ornaments worth Rs. 22,00,000/- cash of Rs. 7,00,000/- as also bank passbooks, the documents relating to land, cheque etc. as also four valuable mobiles sets.
Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28411 of 2022.
Considering the fact that without waiting for the cooling of period, the petitioner once again chose to move

before this Court and no further ground has come up warranting relief. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected.
