In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag ‘R’.
The report of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st, Sheohar dt. 12.04.2023 suggests that trial shall be concluded by the end of May, 2023.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial
within stipulated period of time failing which, the petitioner will
