Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition imposed in the bail order is not in accordance with the recent judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In that view of the matter, the condition of six months
is illegal.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
allowed.
The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
