16.2.2015 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, vaishali in S.Tr. No. 140 of 2014 arising out of Patepur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2008 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code by which the learned Court rejected the petition filed under Section 228(i)(a) Cr.P.C.
