Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324,307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused are said to have abused and assaulted the informant and his family members by means of lathi, Katta and axe and snatched a silver chain.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries sustained by both the parties were found grievous in nature. It is further

submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
