that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has sprung up in the confessional statement of co-accused, Kunal Kumar. No TIP has been conduced by the prosecution. The petitioner is accused in 3 other criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 5.12.2022.
(i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled.
