Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15163 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 380 of 2021, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
The order dated 14.11.2022 is modified to the extent
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13203 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2
as indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands
disposed of.
