This application has been filed for modification of
order dated 22.11.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 38961 of 2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in prayer portion of the main petition, in place of “SDJM, Sasaram”, it was wrongly typed as SDJM, Dehri Rohtas and as such, same error has occurred in the last paragraph of aforesaid order. Accordingly, he requests for making correction in the said order as well as extension of further four weeks time to surrender before the court below.

In view of aforesaid fact, in the last paragraph of order dated 22.11.2022 passed Cr.Misc. No. 38961 of 2022, instead of SDJM, Dehri Rohtas, it may be read as “SDJM, Sasaram” and further four weeks time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
The order dated 22.11.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 38961 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only and this modification petition is, accordingly, allowed.
