Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 125 of 2021 dated 24.07.2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 353, 334, 307, 304, 504, 506 427, 333 of the IPC, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3 of the Damage to Public Property, pending in the court of learned Court of C.J.M., Jehanabad.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
