This is an application for quashing of the order
taking cognizance dated 9.1.2014 passed by the leaned S.D.J.M., Motihari in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 199 of 2013 recorded under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On 10.1.2020, the matter was taken up by a coordinate bench of this Court and the Court was pleased to record the following facts :
“ No one appears for the
petitioner. Learned APP for the State is present.
By way of last indulgence list this matter on 20.01.2020 under the same heading.”
In view of the aforesaid order of 10.1.2020 of the coordinate bench as also that on call, no one appeared on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12104 of 2015(4) dt.13-02-2023 2/2
behalf of the petitioner today also, the petition stands
dismissed for non-prosecution.
