Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that these petitioners got the land executed by changing the pages of actual document.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that these petitioners are bonafide purchasers of the land in the question. After making payment of due consideration money, the land in question has been purchased by these petitioners. The sale-deed carries the thumb impression and photographs of the informant. A title suit, vide Title Suit No. 448 of 2015, which was filed from the petitioners’ side, is pending between the parties.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 441 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
