u/s 341, 323 and 498(A) of the IPC and sections ¾ of D.P. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is an innocent person and has committed no offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits before the bar that the complainant is living with the petitioner from two months.
