This appeal filed u/s 14A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the refusal of anticipatory bail of the appellant vide order dated 25.01.2023, passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Desari (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No.164 of 2022, registered u/s 302/34, 201 of the IPC and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act.

Vide order dated 18.10.2023, case diary was called for, which has been received and from perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that the process of section 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been completed against the appellant.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain this memo of appeal.
