This appeal has been filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 09.02.2022 passed by the court of learned 1^st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cumChildren's Court West Champaran at Bettiah in Special Case No. 02/2019 (arising out of Bettiah Town (Kalibagh O.P.) P.S. Case No.1095/2018) and the appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27A of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sentenced for the said offences.

that in the light of direction given on 29.09.2022 by which the appellant has been granted bail, the required affidavit in respect of the current position of the study of the appellant has been filed by way of supplementary affidavit.

The above-mentioned supplementary affidavit and Annexure-3 are perused which show that the appellant is presently pursuing graduation and accordingly he is studying hence, in the light of these facts there is no need to keep pending this appeal. Accordingly, it stands disposed of.
