The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to
remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that during the pendency of this criminal appeal, the appellants have been arrested and, as such, it has become infructuous. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
