In view of the fact that the appellate authority has
already disposed off the appeal of the petitioner, there would be no justification of continuing with this contempt petition.
In case, the petitioner is aggrieved with the order

passed in appeal, he may agitate against the same before an appropriate forum.
Mr. Prabhat Ranjan Singh, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, on the aforesaid observation of the Bench, has informed this Court that a revision petition has already been filed before the revisional authority, namely, the Commissioner of Bhagalpur Division.
It is expected that the aforesaid revision petition shall be disposed off within the statutory period of 60 days with reasons in support of the order.
This contempt petition is thus consigned.
