The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Question of correction of word D.P.T. Sprayers as D.D.T. Sprayers is not permissible in view of the fact that in the main petition bearing No. C.W.J.C. 6504 of 2020, the prayer reads as under:
“(i) To command and direct respondents to appoint/ regularize the service of the petitioners whose name has been included in the final Panel published on 04-09-2019 contained in memo No. 617/Estb. (who are serving as seasonal DPT Sprayers) in the concerned department or in Malaria Department, against Vacancies available under government of Bihar as grade IV employee.
(ii) To grant any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioners are otherwise found entitled for.”
Therefore, the case for correction stands rejected,
