Mr. Mrityunjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that he is not pressing this application against the impugned order at this stage and pray that direction may be issued to the learned Family Court, Supaul to decide the divorce case filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time period.
The petitioner is the husband and has filed Divorce Case No. 13 / 2017 in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Supaul and since then five years have already elapsed.
Accordingly, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Supaul is requested to take steps for disposal of the Divorce Case No. 13 / 2017 in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year.
