It transpires that I.A. no. 733 of 2018 which has been filed for substitution of the sole respondent was dismissed vide order dated 1.10.2018.

In view of the above, the First Appeal no. 326 of 2013
stands dismissed.
Similarly, I.A no. 736 of 2018 filed in First Appeal no. 327 of 2013 praying therein for substitution of the sole respondent also stood dismissed vide order dated 5.11.2018.
In view of the above, both the first appeals i.e. F.A. no. 326 of 2018 and F.A. no. 327 of 2013 stand disposed off.
