Heard Mr. Din Bandhu Singh, learned counsel for the
appellant duly assisted by Ms. Rupam Rani in presence of Mr. Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the respondents.
I.A. No.04 of 2021
I.A. No.04 of 2021 has been preferred for treating the minor, Vaibhav Pratap Singh, Abhay Pratap Singh as well as Manoj Singh to be major as now they have attained majority.
In view of the averments so made I.A. No.04 of 2021 is allowed.
I.A. No.03 of 2021 and I.A. No.05 of 2022
The aforesaid two interlocutory applications have been filed stating therein that the parties have now come to an amicable settlement and on the basis of which compromise petition has been filed as also a petition for disposal of the appeal/cross appeal in the light of the said compromise.
Learned counsel for the respondents has concurred that there has been a compromise on the basis of which this appeal has now become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid joint submissions put forward by both the parties, the I.A. No.03 of 2021 as also I.A. No.05 of

2022 are allowed.
