Court of Sub-Judge-III, Vaishali at Hajipur, whereby and whereunder merely notices have been issued, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined the relief sought for by the petitioner to grant of liberty to the petitioner to appear before the learned court below and file his objections.
