following reliefs:-

“(i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/ direction restraining the Respondents, not to encroach the land of the petitioner described as disputed land.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the respondents to remove the encroachment over the land of petitioner or pay the compensation for the same to the petitioner.

(iii) For that the Respondents be directed to remove the road and stop any type of construction or drainage over the disputed lands.

direction commanding the Respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of petitioner over his raiyati land.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga i.e. the Respondent No. 2 and in case such a representation is filed, the Respondent No.2 shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
