After some argument Mr. Vibhakar Tiwary, the
learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to prefer a revision against the orders impugned in the present petition.
Should such a revision be filed within a period of
30 days, the Revisional Authority shall look into the matter and after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to present his case, shall pass a reasoned order within a

further period of 60 days giving reasons in support of the
decision taken by him.
The order so passed by the Revisional Authority
shall be made available to the petitioner forthwith.
With the afore-noted observations/ directions, the
writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
