The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances
prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following
reliefs:-
(I) A certiorari setting aside the order passed from the level of Respondent Regional Manager & Disciplinary Authority, Bank of Baroda containing letter No.ROPURN:HRM:2020-21: dated 29.09.2020

by which the petitioner has been put under suspension with immediate effect alleging to have committed (1) willful insubordination or disobedience of any lawful and reasonable order of the management or of a superior (2) Riotous, or orderly or indecent behaviour on the premises of the Bank (3) willful slowing down in performance of work and (4) neglect of work, negligence in performing duties by the petitioner.
(ii) A mandamus commanding and directing upon the Respondents Bank to revoke the suspension of the petitioner forthwith and allow him to discharge his duty with all consequential monetary benefits as the allegation alleged against the petitioner is absurd and with mala fide intention of the Branch Manager of the Respondent Bank.
(iii) And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.
On 16.11.2020, the orders of suspension is stated to have been revoked and inquiry proceeding has already been completed.
Hence, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is stand disposed of.
