This case was called yesterday but no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, when the case was called, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Sri Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel for the petitioner was called by the Court. He appeared before the Court and informed that his client has taken away the file just after filing of the case.
It seems that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing his case. If he has taken away the file from his

advocate, he should have filed a fresh Vakalatnama of another
advocate.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed
for non-prosecution.
