2 28-06-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-
“I. For issuance of the writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to mandate the use of A4 size paper, printed on both sides for the presentation of all pleadings and supporting documents (such as suits, pleadings, petitions, affidavits, counters, orders, judgments and other documents) in the High Court of Judicature of Patna and its all Subordinate Courts, Tribunals, Judicial and Quasi-Judicial bodies in the State of Bihar and make necessary amendments in the respective rules;

II. And for issuance of any other relief/Reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he shall fairly write to the respondent no. 2, namely, The Registrar, Patna High Court, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Veerchand Patel Road Area, Patna-800028, highlighting the issue, subject matter of the present writ petition, and the petition be disposed of reserving liberty to file afresh, should the need so arise subsequently, more so, after a period of three months from today.
Statement accepted and taken on record.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
Petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. Interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed
