following reliefs :-
“(i) For execution of order dated 19.01.2016 of Sub-Divisional Public Complain Redressal Officer, Bettiah Sub- Division.
(ii) For the direction to Respondent SubDivisional Officer, Bettiah for execution of aforesaid order upon the representation of petitioner.
(iii) For direction to the respondent authorities for restraining the unsocial persons for encroaching the petitioner’s raiyati land.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran i.e. the respondent no. 2 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
