The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following relief :-
“(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or an appropriate writ, order or orders, direction or directions commanding the respondent authorities to not to disturb the petitioner upon peaceful physical possession over the land appertaining to Tauzi no. 6947, Khata no. 160, 174 & 133, Khesra no. 998, 968 & 933 situated in mauza Dumri & Thana no. 118 for an area of 4 katha 11 dhur which has been obtained through the settlement by the Ex-landlord in the name of ancestor of the petitioner in the

yer 1953 itself and since then the family persons of petitioner is peacefully living there and the petitioner further prays to allow compensation to the petitioner and take appropriate action against the responsible officer who have demolished the part of dwelling house of the petitioner as well as for other consequential reliefs.”
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Begusarai for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
