Petitioner has to apprise this Court delay and laches. He is hereby directed to apprise what is the date of final select list notified and whether is petitioner’s name is reflected in the

final select list or not?
Re-list this case on 15.02.2022.” Thereafter, matter was adjourned. On 15.02.2022,
there was no representation. Further on 04.03.2022 petitioner sought for time. Today also there is no representation.
In the light of above circumstances, the present petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 01.02.2022.
