2 05-05-2022 Petitioner has prayed for following relief (s) :
“1. That, this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or any direction commanding and directing the Respondent-authorities to remove the status of striking off of the Companypetitioner (Annexure-1) and let the Company i.e. Youth Arena Pvt. Ltd. to run its operation smoothly and regularly or pass any such other order or orders as this court may deem fit and proper.”
After the matter was heard for some time, finding

the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.
Prayer allowed.
Since the petitioner has been pursuing the petition before this Court, the issue of limitation shall not be allowed to come in the way, if the petitioner were to approach the authority within a period of four weeks from today.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
