Mr. Sunil Kumar, the learned Advocate for the
petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to prefer an appeal against the order cancelling the P.D.S. licence of the petitioner.
Should such an appeal be filed within a period of 30 days, it shall be taken up for consideration and an order shall be passed within a period of 60 days thereafter.
Needless to state that the petitioner shall be

afforded all opportunities of explaining his cause.
The appeal shall be disposed of by a speaking
order.
The order so passed by the Appellate Authority shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
