The present writ petition has been filed to direct the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 27.12.2014.
Neither there is any appearance on behalf of the petitioners nor the petitioners have disclosed as to what has transpired during the past seven years, hence, it appears that either the petitioners have lost interest in the present case or

their grievances have stood redressed. Nonetheless, the petitioners are granted liberty to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, in case they are having any subsisting grievances.
