“I. To direct for the Judicial enquiry to probe into the affairs of the Bihar Cricket Association since the formation of the present Committee of Management,
II. To constitute a Adhoc-Committee Committee of Management to look after the affairs of the Bihar Cricket Association,
III. To direct to constitute a Cricket Advisory Committee as per the constitution of the Bihar Cricket Association,
IV. To direct to constitute Men's Selection Committee and other committees for just and proper selection of players as per the constitution of the Bihar Cricket Association,
V. To hold free and fair election in the guidance and / or observation of this Honourable High Court or in the guidance / observation of the person(s) as suitable to this Honourable Court in the interest of justice.
VI. To grant any other and further relief(s) as to which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
After the matter was heard for some time, finding the

Bench not to be in favour with the submissions made across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to agitate the issue in accordance with the Grievance Redressal Mechanism provided under the Memorandum of Association & Rules & Regulations [Annexure-P-1, Page No. 25-58].
Permission granted with liberty aforesaid.
We are sure that as and when any such request is received, same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
We have not expressed any opinion on merits.
Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
