withdraw this writ petition for availing the alternative remedy under the extant guidelines for assailing the order dated 26.08.2019 passed by District Programme Officer (ICDS), Bhojpur at Ara.

This writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
Petitioner’s counsel submits that the period, spent in
the instant writ proceedings from the date of filing till today,

may be held to be period for which the petitioner’s appeal may not be considered to have been filed with any delay.
It would be open to the petitioner to raise these issues
