The petitioner has only referred to and relied upon a news report indicating that 80 acres of land valuing one thousand crores belonging to Patna Municipal Corporation remains untraced on paper.

Allegedly the land is located in Buddha Colony, Digha
Area near the bank of river Ganges of Patna city.
No other details are there in the petition.
We are of the considered view that the issue can be best addressed by the authorities, should the petitioner invite attention of the issues highlighted in the present petition.
As such, we dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the petitioner or any other public spirited person to raise the issue with the authorities and only after proper verification of facts, seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
