Petitioners are candidates for recruitment to the post
of Occupation Therapist. They had submitted their applications, however, they have not been called for counselling which is stated to have been held on 01.12.2021. In order to appreciate the petitioners’ contention the petitioners should have

approached this Court before counselling process is completed. Therefore, at this distance of time, it is not appropriate to direct
the concerned authority to counsel the petitioners.
Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed.
