At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 with regard to his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 4 by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall consider his application and after hearing the affected parties as also the private respondents no. 7 to 11, shall pass appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
