respondent No. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that presently respondent No. 6 is in custody of respondents No. 7 and 8, who are her parents.
In our view this writ application is completely misconceived, petitioner has only misconstrued the provisions of Cr.P.C. which he has apparently invoked. This application is merit-less and is accordingly dismissed.
