3 17-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners,
informant and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant that son of the
informant has committed suicide by hanging himself after having fought with his wife, mother-in-law, fatherin-law and brother-in-law.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case since they are fatherin-law, mother-in-law and wife of the deceased. The informant himself in his further statement before the police had mentioned that since last 2-3 years, the business of his deceased son was in loss and he was in dire need of money. Hence, he might have committed suicide under depression. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned A.P.P for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail
