This application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11085/2021 to the extent of extension of provisional bail till the receiving of D.N.A. test report.
There is no case made out for modification of the order dated 16.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. 11085/2021. The order is clear in its intent. If the petitioner is so advised, he may approach the court below for review of the situation in terms of the order passed in Cr. Misc. 11085/2021.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
