Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 2.7.2021.
From perusal of the trial court’s report dated 11.4.2022 it appears that the case is at the stage of appearance of the accused persons.
In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
Let the trial be concluded as early as possible,
