Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Meskaur (Sirdala) P.S. Case no. 293 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.9.2021. Report of the trial court reveals that record is running for hearing on discharge petition filed by the accused.
Considering the gravity of offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
