This application is filed for Modification of order dated 31.08.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29640 of 2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners are in custody, therefore, they are not able to execute the bail bond of Rs. 10 Lakh on their behalf and he prays to modify the order dated 31.08.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29640 of 2022 to the extent that the bond may be furnished on behalf of the petitioners by their parents or

any close relative living within the jurisdiction of the Court.
In view of the above submissions, the order 31.08.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29640 of 2022 is modified to the effect that in place of the petitioners, a bond of Rs. 10 Lakh, each, is required to be furnished on behalf of the petitioners, above named, before the Court below by either of the parents of the petitioners who reside in Muzaffarpur or any of the close relatives residing within the jurisdiction of the Court. The other part of the order shall remain intact.
With the above observations and directions, the application stands disposed of.
