The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 240 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(c) and 66(d) of the Informant Technology Act, 2000.
The petitioner is cyber fraud and he was caught on the spot along a list of mobile numbers and with cellphone.
In view of the above fact, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
