Petitioners have earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 14567 of 2021, which was rejected vide order dated 31.01.2022.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Petitioners are women having no criminal antecedent.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground warranting reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the

petitioners. The same, therefore, deserves to be rejected.
Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of
the parties and that there is no fresh ground urged on behalf of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners. Their prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
