The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against them. There is case and counter case due to possession of land and the Doctor has examined the informant and his son and found simple injuries.
Having considered the above submissions as well as

the nature of injuries sustained by the informant and his son and also the case and counter case between both the parties.
Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 146/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of criminal procedure
