The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 160, 341, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence whatsoever alleged rather he has falsely been implicated in this case. He has got no criminal antecedent and he is a student aged

about 23 years and son of an Ex-Army personnel and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Learned APP has opposed the bail prayer.

In view of the above submissions and considerations the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Barh, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
